100 pieces per style with your label, sizes mixed. 500 pieces per colour once the fabric has to be dyed or knitted for you. Every quote is built from your fabric, trims and packing, and itemised so you can see where the money goes.
Two minimums, and why

What drives the price per piece
Fabric and weight
The biggest line. Brushed polyester is the lowest cost, merino the highest; heavier fabric costs more per piece. Compare fabrics →
Construction
Flatlock versus overlock seams, gussets, thumbholes, rib cuffs, a fly front — each adds a little making time.
Labels and packing
A printed neck label and a poly bag cost cents; a woven label, a printed box or a jacquard waistband cost more.
Quantity
Setup is shared across the order, so the price per piece falls from 100 to 1,000 and again at 5,000.
Freight
Thermals are light but bulky. Sea freight is far cheaper per piece above a few hundred pieces. Estimate it →
Frequently asked questions
Why don’t you publish a price list?
Because the fabric and its weight are most of the price, and every buyer picks a different combination. A 180 gsm modal top and a 350 gsm fleece-backed set are priced very differently. Every quote is itemised and sent within 24 hours.
Can you really make 100 pieces?
Yes, per style in our stock fabrics and colours, sizes mixed. What needs 500 pieces is fabric that is dyed or knitted for you, because a dye batch or a knitting run has its own minimum.
Is there a sample fee?
Yes, a small fee covering fabric, making and courier, credited back on your first bulk order.
What are the payment terms?
A deposit when you confirm the order and the balance before shipment, by bank transfer. Samples can be paid by card.
Do prices include shipping?
No, freight is a separate line so you can compare routes. Use the shipping cost estimator for a budget figure.
